Important Notes: (1) Suffolk County Sales & Occupancy Tax (14.13%) not included in the rate. (2) Minimum 2 nights on weekends. (3) Minimum 3 nights on holidays. (4) Payment in advance for booking, 50%. (5) Rates quoted are Up to 2 People. Additional Guests – $40 Per Person per night. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of $60 per pet, per night at designated cottages only. Service dogs are welcome, only with certified service dog documents will pet fee be waived. Emotional support animals must pay the pet fees. (6) A 3.0% Administrative Fee will be applied to all transactions. (7) Front desk hours are: 9:00 AM – 10 PM daily. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours MUST contact the front desk in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations two weeks prior to arrival will be charged a one-night stay plus applicable taxes and cancellation fee. No shows and cancellations one week prior to arrival are subject to full charge. An additional charge of $40 will apply to all cancellations regardless of the arrival date.
